FIT

Larenas requires an in-store final fitting prior to use. Larenas is not responsible for the fit of rental items not tried on in our store prior to event date or for inaccurate measurements provided to us. Ample notice must be given to make any changes. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Larenas total liability for any claim or litigation arising from or related to the rental garments is limited to the rental charges actually paid by customer. Liability transfers to the customer upon pick up of the merchandise and continues until the merchandise is returned to Larenas. Liability transfers to the customer upon pick up of the merchandise and continues until the merchandise is returned to Larenas.

PROPERTY LEFT IN RENTAL

We are not responsible for any personal property left in a returned rental.

RUSH FEE

To avoid $20 rush order fees, you must submit measurements and minimum payment 14 days before your event date.

CANCELLATIONS

If an order is canceled fourteen (14) or more days before the event date, a $40 cancellation charge will be assessed. If an order is canceled less than 14 days before the event date or if a customer fails to pick up the rental or does not give notice of cancellation prior to event date, the full rental fee will be assessed. Customer understands that once the rental apparel arrives at Larenas they will be responsible for the total rental fee including shoes and upgrades whether worn or not. Refund requests will be issued by check or credit card only.

AVAILABILITY

Rental available the week of event. Call to confirm availability before going to Larenas.

CHANGES

Style and or color changes by customer are subject to availability. Change requests within 14 days of use will incur a $20 change fee plus an upcharge fees if applicable.

DAMAGE WAIVER

A $7.00 non-refundable and mandatory damage waiver fee is automatically added to your rental, which relieves the customer of liability for minor wear and tear but does not cover theft, loss or malicious damage, water soaked or items damaged due to vehicular accident or fire regardless of customer negligence. This waiver covers only damages that can be repaired through normal dry cleaning or minor tailoring. If we determine that a rental product is damaged beyond repair, or if a rental product is not returned on the next business day following event date, you will be charged a replacement fee for the item(s).

LATE FEE

Rental apparel not returned to Larenas during the return date/time as specified (typically the next business day) following rental date shall be subject to an immediate right of repossession by proprietor with or without notice or legal process, and such rental apparel shall further be subject to a $40 per day late fee in addition to the rental and other charges under this agreement. All payments for late, damaged or missing items are due immediately upon rental return.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED

Apparel not returned in good condition within ten (10) days of use date will be deemed stolen and proprietor may proceed against customer as it may elect for the full retail value of the rental apparel or the value of the rental due together with late charges.
